With deep sadness we are letting the Members know that Brother Joel Szyjak has passed away. Brother Szyjak passed on August 17, 2023 and was a 15 year Member of ATU Local 583 and a Transit Operator.

Our deepest condolences go out to his family and friends on his passing.

We are always devastated to lose a Member. We hope Brother Joel’s family are able to grieve and find peace.

A service is not being held.
