OFFICIAL NOTICE OF ELECTION OF OFFICERS

Term of Office – January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2022

Election Day: Saturday, December 7, 2019

Please be advised that as per Article 14.7 of the Constitution and General Laws, election of Officers for the above-mentioned term shall take place on December 7, 2019.

In compliance with Article 111 of the Local By-Laws, ballots will be mailed to each eligible member prior to November 22, 2019 and must be received at the Grant Thornton LLP office no later than 11:00 a.m. Election Day to qualify.

Any member that receives an incomplete package or does not receive a package by mail, or is not able to return their ballot to the Grant Thornton LLP office by the required time, may vote at the Union Office between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Election Day.

Only signed up members of Local 583 are entitled to vote.

Bulletins identifying the candidates for each position will be posted in the work areas.

Please allow sufficient time for your ballot to reach the Grant Thornton LLP office.
